… 28.0.1 (#224) * Point integration tests at stellar-core 28.0.1 stable and stellar-rpc 28.0.1 Both integration legs move to the stellar-core 28.0.1 stable build (28.0.1-3508.947aad841: the ~buildtests jammy deb for captive core, the plain jammy docker image) and to stellar/stellar-rpc:28.0.1. The verify-range image moves to the matching noble deb.
